Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed by Court Order issued by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated January 23, 2026 (the “Appointment Order”) as Receiver (“Receiver”), without security, of all present and future property, assets and undertakings of 2352107 Ontario Inc. including the real property known municipally as 175 Melvin Robson Avenue, Aurora, Ontario (the “Real Property”). This case webpage is being maintained in accordance with paragraph 26 of the Appointment Order.

The Real Property is in the process of being developed as part of a multi-phased mixed-use commercial development project known as ‘Aurora Mills Business Park’ (the “Project”). The first phase of the Project is comprised of Blocks 1, 5, and 6 (“Phase 1”). Block 1 of the Project is being developed as a retail plaza comprising approximately 6,000 square feet of retail space. Blocks 5 and 6 of the Project are being developed with a total of 24 industrial condominium units comprising approximately 90,000 square feet of buildable area. Blocks 2, 3, 4 and 7 of the Project is vacant land.

As of the date of the Appointment Order the Project was not completed.
