Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on August 27, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacity, the “Receiver“) of the properties municipally known as 2 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, 5 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, 8 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, 10 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, 17 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, 19 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, 21 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario, and 23 Turnberry Court, Bracebridge, Ontario (collectively, the “Properties“). The registered owner of the Properties is Evertrust Development (Muskoka) Inc.
