M.G.B. Ventures Inc.

On August 26, 2026, M.G.B. Ventures Inc. (the "Company") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the "BIA"), and Albert Gelman Inc. ("AGI") consented and was appointed to act as trustee under the NOI (in such capacity, the "Proposal Trustee"). The Company is a franchisee operating six Tim Hortons restaurants in Eastern Ontario.
