Sigma Molders 2020 Inc.

Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on August 15, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver“), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Sigma Molders 2020 Inc. (the “Company“). The Company operated from leased premises in Scarborough, Ontario, as a custom injection molding business primarily for the automotive parts industry.
