Dan Woo

Dan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT).

Dan has been working in the professional advisory services industry for almost 20 years. Dan has previously acted in a formal capacity as a Trustee in Bankruptcy, Proposal Trustee, Receiver, Monitor, Liquidator under the Business Corporations Act/Judicature Act and as an Inspector under the Business Corporations Act/Judicature Act. In addition, Dan has acted as a Consultant on behalf of major Banks or on behalf of individuals or corporate financial debtors.

Dan has experience working in the following industries: aggregate and gravel crushing, construction, forestry and logging, high technology, hospitality and lodging, manufacturing and fabrication, oilfield services, pipeline coating and inspection, professional services, restaurants, retail, and transportation and logistics.

Dan has previously presented to the Alberta Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals, the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and to commercial bankers and family and corporate lawyers on insolvency and restructuring matters.
