Noah Litwack has nearly 20 years of experience providing professional insolvency, restructuring, recovery, and financial advisory services. He regularly assists business owners, lenders, creditors, shareholders, directors, and their professional advisors in navigating complex financial and operational challenges. Noah has extensive experience in both formal insolvency proceedings and informal restructuring engagements involving distressed businesses across a wide range of industries.
Noah is a federally Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT). He began his insolvency career in 2008 and has held progressively senior leadership roles throughout his career, developing expertise in both consumer and corporate insolvency, restructuring and recovery matters. Since becoming a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 2013, he has managed a diverse range of complex engagements, including bankruptcies, proposals, court-appointed and privately appointed receiverships, CCAA proceedings, fraud investigations, shareholder disputes, enforcement matters, and financial advisory mandates
Throughout his career, Noah has worked with businesses ranging from micro-enterprises to large organizations across numerous industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, construction, logistics, financial services, cannabis production and retail, software development, green energy, and wholesale distribution. His practical, solutions-oriented approach helps stakeholders identify and implement strategies that maximize value and achieve successful outcomes in challenging situations.
In addition to his professional practice, Noah is an active member of the insolvency and restructuring community and has served as a board member of the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (OAIRP) since 2025.
