Tanvi Paul

Tanvi Paul is a Junior Estate Administrator and Reception team member at Albert Gelman Inc., supporting the firm’s Consumer Insolvency practice. Known for her strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Tanvi helps ensure clients receive reliable and accurate support throughout their dealings with the firm.

With a background in finance, administration, and customer service, Tanvi supports the careful handling of transactions, refunds, and payment processes, including liaising with financial institutions to verify and authorize payments.  In her day-to-day work, she administers insolvency files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Tanvi assists with the preparation of bankruptcy and consumer proposal documentation and all aspects of ongoing administration including facilitating internal file processes and careful coordination of creditor communications and follow-up.

As one of the first points of contact at AGI, Tanvi greets clients with a calm, empathetic, and professional manner. She informs and reassures clients, provides clear status updates, and promptly directs questions to the appropriate team members, ensuring matters move forward with care and consistency.
