Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated April 24, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver“) of all the assets, undertakings and properties of 2338486 Ontario Limited (the “Company”), including, without limitation, the real property municipally known as 392 and 398 Erb Street, Waterloo, Ontario (the “Real Property“). The Company is the registered owner of the Real Property, which consists of two houses with a total of six tenants.
