AG (1000 & 1024 Dundas St. E.) GP Inc., AG (1000 & 1024 Dundas St. E.) LP and AG (1000 & 1024 Dundas St. E.) Inc.

Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated December 17, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver“) of all the assets, undertakings and properties of AG (1000 & 1024 Dundas St. E.) GP Inc., AG (1000 & 1024 Dundas St. E.) LP and AG (1000 & 1024 Dundas St. E.) Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors”), including, without limitation, each of the real properties municipally known as 1000 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario (“1000 Dundas”) and 1024 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, Ontario (“1024 Dundas” and together with 1000 Dundas, the “Dundas Properties”). 1000 Dundas is currently being operated as a multi-tenant used car dealership. 1024 Dundas comprises four units, two of which are occupied. Each unit is approximately 11,000 sq ft.

The Dundas Properties were intended for a land redevelopment comprised of 543 dwelling apartment units in 3 towers, as well as a ground floor commercial area and 439 parking spaces. The land has not yet been redeveloped. The Debtors are the registered owners of the Dundas Properties.
