Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on July 24, 2026, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacity, the “Receiver“) of the properties municipally known as 3038-3042 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, 3039 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, 3010 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, 3014 Dundas Street West, Toronto Ontario, 3016 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario and 1116 College Street, Toronto, Ontario (collectively, the “Properties“). The Properties are owned by Justin Lee Levine, Justin Lee Holdings Ltd., Junction Vesuvio Inc. and JL Chase Holdings Inc.
