Pursuant to an order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on September 29, 2025, Albert Gelman Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver“), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Trenchless Utility Equipment Inc. (the “Company“). The Company operated from leased premises in Burlington, Ontario, providing equipment and solutions for underground utility installations.
