Zach has over six years of experience in audit, assurance and restructuring. He began his career in audit and assurance, working at both a large and a mid-sized accounting firm.
Zach subsequently transitioned into the restructuring and insolvency field, where he has gained significant experience in corporate insolvency matters. His work has included receiverships, Division I proposals, bankruptcies, and proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA).
Zach is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP). He is recognized for his strong work ethic, analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex financial and operational issues. His practical approach and problem-solving abilities enable him to deliver effective solutions and achieve positive outcomes for stakeholders across a broad range of situations.
