On October 2, 2025, 177 Cross Argus Development Inc. (the “Company“) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI“) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, C.B-3. Albert Gelman Inc. consented and was appointed to act as trustee under the NOI (the “Trustee“). The Company owns a 2.5-acre property located at 177 Cross Ave, Oakville, Ontario, for the purpose of developing a mixed-use condominium/redevelopment project.
